I mean, she only has talked to him, but she totally ignores me and asks him questions, knowing full well we are together. I mentioned her a couple of weeks ago, but today we saw her again (we have seen her twice at a local bookstore) and she had the gall to ask him: "So what is your...girlfriend... wife...is that what she is...reading? She says that while standing over me (I was sitting on the floor next to my partner.)! I felt like saying: "Feel free to direct your questions to me" but just didn't have the energy. What would you (and Jesus) have done?
