Dear Mr XXX,
Supervisor of Process Dept.

Thank you for your mail.
My dept. and the Plant Manager had been not informed from the agents from your Dept. about the matter concerning the 06 dump trucks owned by your contractors parked overnight (from 9:00 pm, 06th August to 6:30 am, 07th August) in the truck park area of our plant. Consequently, we do not held accountable for the missing of 04 batteries belonging to these trucks during this period time.

My security guards cannot afford to oversee your trucks parking in this area. Please contract with the Loonghee Ghas Corp., to provide more security guards to monitoring your trucks. All agents of the trucks which have been parking overnight in the area will be in charge of any equipment’s Loss to their vehicles (you can also ask other Dept. about this regulation).

Furthermore, following the conservation with you yesterday, your confirmation was that the 04 batteries were lost prior to parking over night in our plant? However, your mail is contrary to the confirmation??

Any feedback should be forwarded to us at soonest.
Best Regards
AAAAA
