I have come up with some ideas for this question, just wondered if anyone had any extra points of discussion i could use?
I've basically said pressure about joining major war although he didn't want to, negative impact on his desire to secure marriage with spanish princess, meant it was increasingly difficult to remain as mediator of europe.
