I've had my 580i for a bit more than a year now. It's a good phone, but the battery doesnt last much more than a day now. Especially if I text more.
I hear that vibrate actually drains alot of battery power, so I'm gonna turn that off for now on. I text a bit, and I think having the screen power on each time I text does alot too. I wish I could tone down the brightness more, but its all the way down.
Regardless, would I see much benefit out of buying a new battery? Anything else I can try? If I do buy a new battery, are there different 580 types (seems to be variable 'ma' quantities (750ma, 900, or whatever). What about venders? Any trust worthy ones?
