J jfdlk New member Mar 16, 2011 #1 I'm thinking about using a recumbent bike.. I'm very underweight, so I'm trying to build muscle and gain weight. I read that recumbent bikes make you lose weight, which I don't want to do. Will it build up my leg muscles or will I lose weight?
