so my friend gave me a high 5 (sounds dumb i know) and right after he did it my hand got a really sharp pain and i looked at my palm and there was a little bump. now today it still has a bump and theres a bruise about the size of a nickle around the bump. so is this a popped blood vessle? it hurts =( some one please tell me what it is and if i need to go to the dr or what i need to do. thnks.
