I'm not sure where a post for this would be appropriate. I just know I've been suffering alone and self-diagnosing, and wanting more support from people who have expereince. Sternoclavicularmastoid syndrome I believe is the true name for it. I'm recovering from a whiplash injury with discs that got torn, but this syndrome, it's been overwhelming. My SCM and pecs and difficult to control. What I get is vertigo/dizziness, and spasms in my pecs/front of neck/under center of collar bone area. I think I need a masseuse who does myofascial release for my SCM and pecs. I went to physical therapy and he stretched the scm out and it worked to relieved dizziness for about an hour. I can have times without this tightness caused dizziness, but right now my SCM seems to limit me to use of my shoulders to about an hour in a driving sort of situation. I'd really appreicate if anyone has been there and can talk to me about it. I had nurabess up my face intermittently and I also suspect this is a blood flow impingmet in the SCM that does that too.
