Think Bike! How about "Bike riders, Cut your Speed"?

I'm fed up of adverts saying that car drivers need to look out for bikes and we should be more cautious. Why.. Why is there no advert saying, Bikes, Cut your speed and stop weaving in and out of other car drivers in a dangerous way.
It does my head in. Who's with me?
