Things to write in this video?

I have just found out the horse I am loaning and planning to buy can't jump courses, (we was planning to do xc!) And we have such a great bond and he has always been there for me I am still going to buy him. I dont care whether he can jump 1ft or 10 ft because we have gone through so much together and so much hard work. So now I am just making a little video for Youtube as a like thankyou and how i love him for him and not how high he can jump and what he is capable of, but i can't think of what to write. So any sweet things for it or good quotes would be great thankyou! :]
