At the end of July I'll be going for a weekend with a large group of friends to the beach. Obviously I'll need to take a swimming costume, towel, suncream. I'll also be taking a first aid kit and me and my friend are both trained first aiders. But what else would you recommend we take? I don't want to end up miles from home and unprepared.
