Things I Need To Know For Business Studies?

As of tomorrow, I am starting a BTEC 1st Diploma in Business, Retail and Administration Level 3 course at College. I have not studied business for over a year now, and was wondering if anyone has done this course or anything similar, that can give me a few tips of things I should look to learn before I start, or things I can expect.
