Hello guys. I have a problem.
I have really thin forearm and wrist and my face looks thin and malnourished but I have really fat lower stomach and thighs. So many people are telling me to "eat more" (I'm a guy btw).
I eat normal. Maybe low in the fruit and veggies.
I feel like I want to do some cardio but the looks of my arms and face are telling me not too.
What should I do?
(Some exercise, diet tips, ANYTHING!) Thanks
