We recently moved from one home to another....
During the move I lifted something and my back locked up. I had extreme pain so much so that it brought tears to my eyes.
I went directly to the chiropractors office, and he adjusted me although I was so tight and in so much pain that the adjustment was not very effective. I spent the next 2 days in bed rotating in order to find a position that would ease the pain which I was unable to find...
On the third day after the injury I went back to the chiropractor and he adjusted me again. Since then my back pain has started to ease but I have developed extreme pain in my left thigh.
The thigh pain is extreme and advil does nothing. The pain is concentrated on front surface of my thigh from my groin area to my knee. Anything rubbing against my thigh (i.e. pants, sheets) aggrivate's the area and creates even more pain.
What is causing my pain and how do I go about relieving it?
