I was in a clothing store located on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, FL. There was a thick blue book on a counter and I began reading it. All I can remember is that I couldn't put it down and there was a story about the author and his friend or colleague water boarding each other. It wasn't done to see if it was torture but rather to see how long the person being water boarded would remain in trust of the person doing the water boarding to keep them safe. It seemed like a rather odd, maybe even twisted read. Any clues could help my search. Thanks for any input.
