They're making a new ad where a CGI Trayvon says, "Damn these skittles be good." Isn't that crossing the line?

I mean, we have no proof that Trayvon even liked skittles. He had bought them for his brother. And to bring him back from the 'dead' so to speak, just to try to promote candy seems a little shady to me.
