Do they deserve health care? They weren't all Americans that ran into the fray --but because it was in America it was the vast majority -- It wasn't ONLY Americans in the building that strangers went into a field of destruction to pull others they likely did not know out --
They pulled rocks off people they dug through the dead looking for anyone still alive
The people of Newfoundland brought food to people from around a continent grounded in Gander International airport
People from ALL the States red and blue ones came in the closer they were the faster they got there the further away the longer -- but they showed up from all over the place to volunteer NO pay what can I do was the instant attitude
Every Province and a stunning amount of little communities in Canada had volunteer police and ambulance services asking if they could cross the border and permissions were instantly given and started a flow inwards
No it wasn't EVERYONE -- running into the thick of the worst of it -- But it was a lot from everywhere very quickly
So those people -- who did rush right in never asked for anything and is now sick or with injury or other loss as a direct result of their actions ---
