they can't find what's wrong

i have much what seems to be sinus pressure in my head but they said they couldn't find it and then i said i had pressure in my brain and they said they couldn't find anything i'm in so much pain my personality changed i have slow thoughts i have weakness drowsiness pain so much pain i can't even walk. they can't find anything. what should i do? please help me. thanks.

yes he said he wanted to do a spinal tap on me but i was too scared to go through with it then i wanted to see him again which was this thursday but it was cancelled. i'm in much pain. i have language difficulties and slow thought processing to where i feel like i can't think and i feel so fatigue and slow and sick.
