These Exercises Saved My Back!!

Through happenstance I came across a set of exercises that saved my back and my life. I have had a history of herniated discs, wek back, flat on my back for a year and then I came across The McKenzie Method.
Prior to doint them I was flat on my back, could not sit could barely walk, going to specialists, chirpractors...you name it.
I did the exercises every 2 hours as instructed. Within 3 days I could begin to sit. Within 2 weeks I was relatively pain free and within a few months I was back to normal. Even now, if I have any back problems, all I need to do is go back to the exericises and in a day or 2 I am back to normal.
So...give it a try,....saved my back...might work for you too. Robin McKenzie is the doctor/author. REMOVED. "7 Steps To A Pain Free Life" or something like that. (I gave my book away!!)
I swear by it.
 
I do these exercises too. They help. I had a bad herniated disk a little over a year ago and couldn't walk for two months. I haven't had a relapse since then and I think doing these and other exercises has helped prevent more injuries.
 
Just a word of caution for anyone with spondylolisthesis -- McKenzie exercises are not recommended for anyone with a slippage problem. He features many exercises with extension which is NOT recommended for anyone who has spondylolisthesis.
