theres 3 charges (2 infractions and 1 misdemeanor, which is a failure to appear/DMV hold). they all still say Active for status.
So is there a Warrant out or what? What would happen if the police pulled this person over while driving or if the cops were called on them for some other reason? (this is for a friend so i didn't leave any incriminating info). This is out of California (San Bernardino County)

lol honestly it isn't me,i don't even drive. besides i would take care of anything legal right away,im too paranoid to let anything go.
