Theres a toy racing car in my bum how do i get it out?

Last night i went to this really wild party n drunk loads and passed out. this morning i woke up and my lower abdomen and arse really hurt. after asking my mates what happend they showed me a video of them shoving a toy racing car up my arse while i was unconscious!!!
im too embarressed to go to a doctor and i really need a poo
what should i do??? please reply quickly
