there's a thunder storm im sick no ones home and im hearing things?

Im sick with the flu, there's a bad thunder storm right now, my brothers on a date my mom went out my dads at work and wont be coming home tell 2 days from now and i hear my family and people i never heard of calling my name and im just freaked out and im scared of thunder storms
PLZ HELP ME
 
Get off the computer and make some noise.. Call a friend or invite someone over. Watch a movie with the volume super loud.... It should drown out the noises in your little deranged head
