There's a lot of bubbles on the side of my Betta's tank... is it a bubble nest...

...or from the filter? I've had him for about a week and I've noticed the mass of bubbles a day or two ago. But today there was a lot more grouped there. I'm not breeding him but I am curious to know if it's a bubble nest. This is my first time owning a Betta.
