There's a Cave Cricket in my bedroom. How can I attract, trap, and kill it?

I got a very nice look at it, and I'm certain that it's a Cave Cricket. I've tried to kill it twice now, but it's too fast, it doesn't make any noise, and it hides.

I just want this damn thing dead.

Please help.
