There is somethin wrong with my xbox arcade game?

So I got the sonic adventure game for xbox . It work perfectly at first but then for some reason I would play a part that haz cut sceen nd it won't show up .

I started a new game nd played . Then a different cut sceen doesn't start

Is it my xbox? Had this happened to anyone else?
