there is a small hole under the back seat of my 2004 yamaha FX140 waverunner. What is it for?

The hole is in the back on the right side and when it goes into the hule it has a small rubber line coming off of it. It is about 3 foot long with a clamp on the end of it. Where or what does is need to connect to?
