Are these written in the Constitutions of different countries somewhere?
Or are we all part of the Israeli state(without knowing) and can be fired, prosecuted if talking about them?

Baloney.

It does help that if you wish to criticise Israel that you know what your are talking about and do not engage iin Antisemitism.

to help you learn more about the issue between Israel and The Musliim Terrorists I recommend the book: "Icon of Evil, Hitler's Mufti and the Rise of Radical Islam." by noted Middle Eastern Scholard John Rothmann and David Dalin.

To help you avoid Antisemitism I recommend that you read the article by Professor Alan Dershowitz: "When Legitimate Criticism of Israel Crosses the Antisemitic Line."
