with Frankenstein.? I'm trying to find this book that has been published within the last 5 years. It is hardcover, had pictures of the spines of the novels discussed on the cover. It is a work of literary criticism which discussed novels (5 or 6 or 7) to illustrate stages of human development. The author is a woman. The first chapter I'm nearly certain was on Frankenstein and birth. I'm not sure, but I think one of Jane Austen's novels is in there too. Another detail I'm not certain of is that I think it was written by a Columbia professor. If anyone knows the author and title of this book, it'd be greatly appreciated!!!
