There are Palestine refugee camps, but no Tibetan refugee camps, why ?

I thought it would be as many as those Palestine refuge camps for the Tibetans. But I could not. (But there are 16 refugee camps in Lebanon; 10 in Syria; a dozen in Jordan; etc, etc. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinian_refugee_camps#cite_note-npr-1)

Why there is no refugee camps for the Tibetans. Are they self-exiled ?
 
The Palestinian camps were created when Jordan and Egypt occupied the West Bank and Gaza, and stuck the Palestinians in said camps, then left them there to rot and garner world sympathy.

The Arab countries expelled over one million Jews around the same time, many of whom had lived there for centuries. The world never said a word. Israel absorbed every refugee and made them welcome.
