There are no knowledge/wisdom property rights. Why?

We have 'Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)".
We have no "Knowledge Property Rights (KPR)".
We also have no "Wisdom Property Rights (WPR)".

Why can't we have the KPR and WPR?
