...sentenced me? If the judge sentenced me indefintely, and simply gave me work release, yet still while adimantly denying me council while being locked up, then are you saying they clearly violated my 6th amendment right to have said council, and since I were still never mirandized by anyone?
Yeah, well, from watching many judges in more than one state, "I" don't have to be the one to "Piss of the judge" as you say, for them to be totally unjust and rude to me. If the person, or people, before me piss off a judge, and I happen to come in after them, these judges take stuff out on people who don't deserve that sort of treatment, yet it's all excused away just as YOU just did. Hhmmmm, how about that? Think it don't happen? You've got a LOT to learn about the real world!!! I've both seen it happen, and had it happen to me. So unless you've walked that mile in those shoes, you need to keep your comments to yourself. Just shows your own ignorance when you do stuff like that.
