I'm having trouble thinking of a theme for my senior year food tech folio.
There must be an event that we have to cater for and we must create a hamper for the attendees to take home.
Some past folio themes include:
> A formal dinner for Barbie's 50th anniversary. It included dishes such as peppermint ice cream; this tied in with the Barbie theme because there is a Barbie called Peppermint Princess. All of the other dishes tied in with the names of various Barbie dolls too.
> A formal dinner marking the anniversary of the release of the film, Some Like it Hot. Each dish contained chili.
These are just a few examples. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you may have.
