Theists, do you believe that you will be judged on your thoughts?

On judgement day, will any of the negative thoughts you have had about other people, yourself or even God be brought into evidence? If so must each and every angry, hateful or spiteful thought you've ever had be repented for?

Or are your thoughts private and personal, and you will not be judged on them (at least so long as you never acted upon them)?

Jesus paid for all our sins on the Cross, and we are all sinners. Our most righteous deeds before God are like filthy rags. Christians know they need forgiveness everyday, and that Jesus is the only way to heaven

As a man thinks in his heart so is he. If we are judged by who/what we are and we are what we think we should maybe be sure to guard our heart from thinking wickedly, don't you think? God knows every thought of our heart [our innermost being]. All our secret thoughts will be revealed. Not hard to draw the conclusion that we will be judged for out thoughts as well as our actions. Confess and repent-Absolutely!
