Because it's over 500 dollars you are looking at a more hefty penalty, but more than likely you will have to pay restitution - if applicable, court fees, victim fees, and you will probably receive probation and community service, and a heavier sentencing should you re-offend.

You wont go to jail (almost certain) for theft from work, under 1k, as your first offense.

Stop stealing. :)

I was caught stealing from the store I work At.
It was 725 Dollars (I know im stupid)
I was arrested, taken to jail, and I am out on bail.
My bail was 3,000 dollars. Anyways, I have court In feb.
And I was wondering what is going to happen to me.
Will I spend time in jail? This is my first offense, Never in my life been arrested before.

You didn't mention what you have been charged with. You didn't mention the purpose of the court appearance. You didn't mention how you intend to plead. In short, I have no idea. While you could be convicted of a felony, many prosecutors will charge a misdemeanor. There are also diversion programs for drunks, addicts and compulsive gamblers. Plea bargaining will be a factor. If you hire a lawyer you can answer all the lawyer's question and then get a reasonable prediction of the outcome. If you ask here, there is virtually no chance of getting an opinion with any basis.
