i've used the xbox live vision camera to have web cam sex over xbox live about 5 times now, why does xbox sell these to minors?

if you go online on UNO EVERYONE is naked its sooo gross
 
They do Have a warning I think somewhere on it that says may show explicit content. And thats all they need to do. They can't control what ppl do when they have them.
