Hi,
Ive had a LOT of cell phones, old and new. My current ones that I use are what I would certainly consider the best phones in the world for talking... I dont need an organizer, I dont need a PDA, I dont need a camera or a videoplayer... just a phone that has a battery that lasts nearly forever, and a range that is unmatched, so that I can get service anywhere.
The two BEST phones out there are the ericsson r520m and the nokia 3595. Sure there are a lot of fancier ones that do more and have all sorts of widgets built in... but when it comes to operation and doing what theyre meant to do for a LONG time, these phones are the ones!
Anyway, my nokia is doing fine, but my longer-used phone, the r520m has been dropped and seen a lot of use, and one of its buttons now broke off. It still works great, but Im looking for a replacement.
I would like to know what is the best 'talking' phone out there. I could care less if it has a black and white screen or whatnot... Id like a thinner phone - my one complaint is that my nokia is too thick (at least compared to the ericssons 0.57" thickness).
Any suggestions would be most appreciated. I have no problem getting the phone from ebay or europe, etc., but it needs to work 100% on US networks - T-Mobile to be exact.
Thanks!
JMH
