Is it possible to summon Ra while jam breeding machine is on the field because Ra's effect says that no spell, trap, or monster effect can negate the summon but the jam breeding machine says that you aren't allowed to summon? Also would you be able to use jam breeding machine as tribute for Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder due to it would be sent to the graveyard as tribute before he was summoned?
