First i want to introduce myself.
I am the owner of a Online store that specializes in Pocket PC's and Smart Phones. This is not an attempt to advertise, but to show that i deal with 1000's of phones and have yet to find one that will work perfectly for everything that i want to do. Thank you for your time in reading this, as hopefully something is out there that i have not found yet.
My current phone is the Treo 750. Still at WM5 since it is unsafe to upgrade until it is official (i might be wrong, but i am being safe) So now with what i like about the device.
Pro's
It has a large screen, that is one of the major advantages of this device.
It is Touch Screen. Its a requirement.
It has all the keys on the outside, and i mean everything. No flips allowed!
The ring disable/vibrate is a simple slide of a switch
The rubber backing is a comfortable feel and doesn't slide around or off of any surface.
Its memory card slot is "closable" unlike others where its either out in the open, or you have to take the battery off to insert it.
The stylus slides in securely, doesn't rattle around or fall out (i take care of my phone)
The Reset button is not to hard to find, doesn't require the removal of anything.
Its a pocket PC and all the programs i need can be downloaded to the phone.
Cons
Its is large, the height and width are not bad, the thinkness is. I want something thinner.
Its SLOW. The programs are slow and answering calls takes 2-3 seconds sometimes. Emailing (typing) takes a while since it will check for email while typing and therefore skip over words. So i have to go back and re-type.
The buttons are a little small. But i deal with it, they could be bigger.
It does not have WIFI, its not a must, but it would help.
It does not have GPS, again, not a must- but i would like it on here.
The Battery life is attrocious, maybe lasts me 8 hours if i dont charge it, so it sits on a cradle at the office. I do have the extended battery, but then we deal with almost 8mm more in thickness. WAY TOO MUCH.
The device has to be hard reset alot, bluetooth doesnt always turn on right away, freezes for a minute or so...
What i absolutely need in a device.
GSM- Quad Band
Touch Screen
Full Keyboard
Large Screen
Windows Mobile
Fast Processor
What i need (but not required) in a device
Good Battery life
Fast Internet Connectivity (ie 3g)
Scroll Wheel (side of device)
Soft Backing- Rubberized
Camera- 2MP or higher (video cam option as well)
What would be great if i could have
Wifi
GPS
Large Screen 2.75" or more
Large Enough Keys (to type while driving (i know not good))
Now i just got the New Ubiquio 503G. It seems the be the best device, but it doesnt have the GPS, rubber backing and the screen is not as large as i had hoped. I havent tried it out yet, but its very close to what i need, but still isnt perfect. I do plan on working with a company (name to be released at a later date) to build the perfect pocket pc, but until then, i need to find one suitable for everything i need it for, for every day use. Switching phones is a real pain. And i dont feel like waiting for the Kaiser, and im not sure id even use it, i dont like touching the screen in order to make a call. Finger Prints and all!
Here is a link to a size easy i did for the two phones discussed.

I also included the screen sizes, they are exact.
Let me know what other info you would like in order to fit something for me. I always thought they should have a "Phone Service" like a dating service, where you could get matched up with your perfect device. hey maybe Dell will come out with something like that, where you just build your own... until then, help?
Thanks in advance.
