The tv show and the manga Ouran High School Host Club?

I've seen the t.v show Ouran High School Host Club and i really liked it. So i was happy about the manga on it, but i was also wondering dose the manga pick up were the t.v show leaves off, or does it end in the same place? If so please let me know what chapter to pick up from. Thank You.
