THE TRUTH ABOUT CELL PHONE CHARGERS.?

THERE HAS BEEN SOME CONFUSION ON THE ISSUE. WHEN THE CHARGER IS NOT IN USE IT DRAWS ( no ) ELECTRICITY. FOR EXAMPLE WHEN YOU TURN ON A LIGHT IT'S ON, AND OFF WHEN TURNED OFF, THE SAME RULES APPLY TO CELL PHONE CHARGERS. AND FOR YOU TREEHUGGER'S, YOU MIGHT WANT TO UNSCREW ALL YOU LIGHT BULBS, BECAUSE OF A POSSIBLE PHANTOM FAKE POWER DRAW.
 
Thanks for educating me, and also showing us that the treehuggers lie to try to scare us into doing things that don't help anything and cause us lots of trouble.
