did a couple of searches and couldnt find a thread of this, but I apologise if one has been started...

But I saw this movie earlier today. I had little expectations of it - from having seen the trailer, not a big fan of Ben Affleck (never really cared for him) but i had heard good reviews, so thought i would give it a go.
I wont lie, I was enthrawled by this movie!!! and havent enjoyed a movie as much as this, for so long. Thought it was one of the best I have seen this year. it was very very good.
Well acted and well paced and well everthing I thought!!

bit of a shite review! but i enjoyed it and wondered what others thought of it?

this movie and The Disappearence of Alice Creed are the best films I have seen this year so far.
 
Very good film, extremely well acted Ben Affleck, Jon Hamm and Rebecca Hall are all very good but the stand out peformances come from Jeremy Renner who was Oscar nominated for The Hurt Locker and Blake Lively who's performance might surprise a lot of gossip girl fans
 
wonderfully cast - each actor was perfect for those roles.
, Jeremy Renner was excellent.
And that Blake Lively was wonderful - hadnt a clue she was in Gossip Girls, but i actually have no idea what Gossip Girls is.
 
I enjoyed it. Very polished and it wasn't dull.

Not convinced by the love interest sub plot though, or rather how it was resolved.Ending was a bit low key as well.

Still, much better than the rest of the chaff around at the moment.
