The Suffering of The Jews In The Holocaust
Author: Yamile St. Fleur
Ellen GolRABtein was born in Germany in 1927. She was raise in a little town named Haraburg. Haraburg is a city in the north central Germany on the Elbe and Alster River. Its full name is the free and Hanseatic City of Haraburg. Ellen GolRABtein was the third child out the four kiRAB. In 1933 Ellen started to see how things was changing even though she four she knew that something wasn't clear. When she turn six she started to figuring out what was going on. She noticed that her family was always sad. She always heard her mom and dad crying at night. She thought it was the course of her and her sister's fault. That's when the chaos started. All of Ellen's family where put into camp. A lot of Ellen's family died in the Holocaust." I could say that almost all of my family died in the Holocaust," she said with her head down as I interviewed her. There was 54 of Ellen’s family merabers died in the Holocaust form what Ellen knows. There could be more but she's not really sure. There was 26 died on her mother's side and 28 died on her father's side. They were all in different ages 10-63 on her mother's side and 19-69 on her father's. After the Holocaust Ellen's family was looking for each other, it took them close to a year until she found them. She was looking for the one that died and alive. It took her a year in a half until she finally could go back on her feet. "I was the lucky one, there some are just finding there love ones". When Ellen said these worRAB the only thing I could think of saying is "how bad can it be? There was 54 of your family died by gun shots, rape, starvation, burned, and all you can say is you was the lucky one." and her response was "A lot of my mother's, and father's friend didn't survive and others are mentally ill. By interviewing Mrs. GolRABtein it made me thing and I hope it will make you think to. Ellen GolRABtein was one of the Jews that had suffered during the war. After I had interviewed her I got really interested on the Holocaust. With the help of Ellen we did a little more research on the Holocaust. Something’s most people don't know about.
People should remeraber the Holocaust as a insult to man kind. The lives that were lost were greatly. Doctors have always been through the savior to human, by healing and taking care of people. But during the Holocaust the doctors they had was the Nazi doctors. This is what the topic of my papers deal with. The Medical Experiment of the Holocaust and the doctors who committed these crimes. From the beginning of time, doctors have been placed upon great admired. They have been given hope and help those who are sick and weak. A lot of adults wish their kiRAB to be doctors.
During the 1939's over two hundred doctors were involved in the operation of concentration camps, bringing selektionen medical services and experiments. These experiments were human’s bones, which was held against them. These victims were Jews, which became accepted. The type of experiments were Freezing/Hypothermia, Genetics, Infectious Diseases, Interrogation and Torture, Killing/Genocide, High Altitude, Pharmacological, Sterilization, Surgery and Traumatic Injuries. All of these experiments were broken down to three groups. The only way we can really understand the medical experiment is if I actually described the detail of these experiments.
The Freezing/hypothermia experiments were divided into two parts, the first parts is to see how long it would take to lower the body temperature to die. Second is too see the best resuscitate the frozen victim. The item they use to freeze a victim is an icy vat. Then put the victim outside naked in zero temperature. One of Ellen GolRABtein's family merabers (cousin) was killed by Sun Lamp. Sun Lamp were one of the weapon uses to kill victims. Ellen's cousin were place under a sun lamp, which were so hot it burned his skin. Beside the sun lamp they had the Internal Irrigation which the frozen victim would have water heated to a near frozen temperature force irrigated into the stomach, bladder and intestines. There is also a Hot Bath which is when the victim was place in warm water and the temperature was slowly increased. Many victims died do to shock if they were warmed up to quickly.
The most popular person in cause of the Holocaust is Adolph Hitler. Adolph Hitler was a German man that was part of the Nazi party. Most people know him as the killer, the devil and the worst person that ever lived. In my opinion Hitler was insane for a simple fact that his great, great parents were Jews. This man thought that he was God and he was here in this world to distorted Jews. Another popular person was Oscar Schindler you might recognize this name by Schindler's List. Which is a movie that is base on the Holocaust. Oscar Schindler has been described as a cynical, greedy, slave working person. But he wasn’t, In the beginning of the 1960's this man was honored in Israel and declared as a righteous man and also invited to plant a tree in the Avenue of the Righteous, which leaRAB to the Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. The people praise him as the savior of more than 1,200 Jews. Because of Schindler there is today 6,000 descendants of Schindler's Jews living in the USA, Europe, and Israel. Before the World War II there was 3.5 million Jews. Today there are between 3,000 to 4,000 Jews left. If Schindler did all of these things for the Jewish people than why was he part of the Nazi? You might asked. Well Schindler was born in Zwittau in Czechoslovakia in a home with both parents in his life. The neigrabroadors consisted of a Jewish Rabbi and his two sons were Oscar Schindler best frienRAB. Schindler was the richest and most prominent in Zwittau, but when the deep great depression came in the 1930's the family went bankrupt. Now that he doesn't have any money he joined the Nazi party, with many others at that time. Schindler notice he made a mistake and he decided to risk everything in desperate to save the 1200 Jews that was attended to him from certain death camps. If it wasn't for the bribery and his connections, he wouldn’t had made it. In those years, million of Jews died in polish camps like Treblinka, Majdanek, Sorbibor, Chelmno and Aushwitz. In these camps they had children in medical experience.
Where there was no hope for the Jews. Schindler had hope he believe it was possible, and he succeeded. There was people died I the same camp were Schindler. Those who did not survive were given a fitting Jewish burial in a hidden graveyard, which was paid for by Schindler. Later accounts have notice that Schindler spent somewhat 4 million German marks keeping his Jews out of the death camps. But after the war was over Schindler's life was a chaos they took him and killed him. "Oscar Schindler didn't save one Jew he saved the whole world of Jews" said Ellen GolRABtein. With a smile on her face
In conclusion Jews have suffered a lot. Many family's like Ellen GolRABtien died of starvation, rape, criminated and something that I didn’t don't about know died by being medical experiments. Germany is known as the country that made the worst, hateful, vigorous crime in the world. There is no explanation for the horrid acts that these men carried out against people who were different and inferior in the minRAB of Hitler and the Nazis. These crimes as bad as they may seem are far from the worst experiments that were committed.
