Red acne-like dots appear on the skin on my arms... Eventually they get inflamed and get infected. When they get infected the skin gets really thick and it looks like it's a wart or something... and from there it leaves a large scar. I've already had 2 operations to remove them from my skin, but they keep coming back... what should I do? I don't want to live life with a bunch of ugly circular scars on my arms.
