The Sims 3 cheats, why isn't the cheat for mood and needs working in my game?

make happy: Makes everyone in household's mood perfect and removes negative moodlets.
make motives static/dynamic: Makes motives static(stay in place) or dynamic(changes) for whole Household.

It's not working...
