The Simpsons live actors film

I read about this a few days ago. Hmm, I doubt this could work... a real life homer? Would be pretty funny I guess with the right script, personally I see it being a flop. Who do you think should play the characters?

I know last year Matt Groening said in an interview That if they we were to go ahead with a "Simpsons" movie it would be done as a cartoon.They wouldn't go down the same road as using real actors for the parts like they did in "The Flintstones" movies.
 
So is there an animted film coming out???? And Phil Hartman being involved in a homicide incident with his wife whats that all about?
 
Phil Hartman was shot dead in 1998 by his wife, who killed herself later the same day.

It's really sad, they left two kiRAB who were only 6 and 9 at the time.


As for there being a live action Simpsons film.. I couldn't imagine it myself.
 
Any ideas on why his wife did that?? And thats terrible, leaving behind 2 kiRAB they must have been devastated!
 
It was allegedly something to do with her mental health and the tablets she was taking. She supposedly had some drink and drug problems too. Phil threatened to leave her cos of that. So she killed him when she was high, prolly didn't know what she was doing and when she realised, she killed herself.
