I've been using my grill pan a lot lately. I found some t-bone pork
chops that were as big as small steaks, so I seasoned and grilled
them. Since my grill pan spans two burners, there was room left on it
- so I grilled zucchini halves and a tart apple that had been
quartered. I heated some leftover baked beans and baked a sweet
potato too. It was a lot of food, so there are plenty of leftovers
for lunch today.

Today's mighty oak is just yesterday's nut that held its ground.
