hello again and thank you so much . the signiture is hard to make out. but it looks like to be de fachard. below that it loks like a j backwards. wth a 3 beside it. it looks like it is a painting was of somewhere in europe. did they sign their work in upper write hand corner? it looks very old. thank you for your help.
