need advice? Its now been about 10 weeks since i purchased my car from this private dealer in Abington, MA (Auto Country)..When I purchased it I was told they were going to give it a full safety inspection and they were also going to change all of my brakes and give me new breaks. Now, 2 weeks after the warranty they gave me has expired, I take it to the Ford dealer because my rear calipers seized, when they went to check the car out, not only was I lied to becuase the breaks were never replaced (they were all worn out and rusted) but the springs in the rear left and right were BROKEN, not cracked, and also the right rear strut was punctured..Clearly none of what they told me was true. What legal action can i take if any?

do you have any written proof of this deal that they offered you. Did you sign any papers? and if so do you have a copy of these papers. With out paper and documents there is no legal proof. If worst comes to worst your insurance should cover the costs
