The screen on my Samsung Reality is only show the initial loading screen. What do i do

to make it turn on? When i turn on my Samsung Reality, it shows the Verizon Wireless loading screen, the back light fades a bit, and blacks out for a second, only to repeat the process. I've tried hooking it up to a wall and took out the batteries multiple times to retry, and no results. Help Appreciated
