People typically come down on the side of Rozz. But why? Rozz only did vocals on three principle albums back in the 80s. The 90s "Christian Death featuring Rozz Williams" albums had no continuity with prior incarnations of the band, except, of course for Rozz singing on them; and these albums were remarkably low quality -- possibly worse than anything Valor has done. And then there is the matter of Atrocities: definitely one of the best Christian Death albums, and Valor sang on that one. Matters are futher complicated when one considers that the two genius albums -- Catastrophe Ballet and Ashes -- featuring vocals by Rozz, were both produced and written almost entirely by Valor. Don't get me wrong: I freely admit that nearly everything Valor has touched, starting with All the Love/All the Hate, is pretty much crap. I guess I want to see what others think of these issues. Christian Death was brilliant at one time, but, in my opinion, the band was ruined by BOTH Rozz and Valor around 1990, the time of the competing incarnations.
