What would be the 'marketing' risks of starting a pet shop that has a wide range and full degree of services like grooming/spa, a gym area for pets, pets can be dropped off here, we sell food, toys, other pet accessories, and provide health care for the pets....soo what kinds of marketing risks would there be in starting this business? Also what kinds of operational (equiptment) risks would there be? And what competition risks would there be? Oh and one last thing, what kinds of personnel problems could we have?
